What is the return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy, you must send us an email if not satisfied about our product, which doesn't happen often. If it's a defective product, we will ship you a new one.

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel within 24 hours of your order being placed email us the reason for cancelling with your order number and we will cancel it.  If your order has already been processed, you will have to wait until you receive it, then ship it back to us. Once it is shipped back to us we will refund you.

How do I track my order?

Track your order here: https://elharstore.com/pages/track-ur-order. Enter your tracking number into the field. If your tracking is not updated, please give it 2-3 days.

When will my tracking be updated?

Tracking can take up to 3 days to update, this does not mean that it has not shipped yet. Please note, there could be delays due to COVID protocols.

When will I get my order?

Please allow 2-3 days for processing time. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery is between 4-10 days. Please note, there could be delays due to COVID protocols.
